I just finished my public art project for my electronic art class. I wanted to do something that I was passionate about so I created this billboard in Photoshop.
This is the first one I made. I really like all of the colors and I had a great time learning how to create textures and manipulated color. I finally decided on the monochromatic scheme because it puts the focus on Christ and our relationship to Him.

I really like that. It would be so cool to be driving and see that.
It was a cool idea that I really liked but the students in my forward thinking class didn't really appreciate it. In critiques I came after another girls presentation of some rather explicit and offensive material. So they loved the chance to tell me how offensive my piece was. It would have been better if I had stuck with "I am a child of God" instead of saying "You are..." It was a learning experience nonetheless.
